If Iโm honest, my dream was never simply to build a successful music label. I always wanted to bring together people who genuinely wanted to grow alongside one another โ people connected by trust, respect, and a shared passion rather than contracts or business alone.Throughout my journey, I have watched many people place money, statistics, and personal gain above everything else. There is nothing wrong with ambition, but I have always believed that something else matters more: the people standing beside you. The feeling that you are not walking this road alone can give you strength that no amount of money can replace.
More Than a Drum and Bass Label
Over time, I realized that CRNG Records had become something much bigger than a drum and bass label. It gradually became what we now call the CRNG Family.When a new artist joins us, I do not immediately think about streams, revenue, or future business opportunities. What excites me most is welcoming another talented person into a community where people support one another. These relationships create an environment where creativity can grow naturally, where artists feel free to experiment, learn, and move forward together.One of the most inspiring parts of this journey is seeing our community expand beyond borders. At the same time, I never forget where it all began. I truly believe that every talented Ukrainian drum and bass artist deserves the opportunity to be heard internationally. Sometimes a person only needs one real chance โ and someone willing to believe in them.
What Weโre Really Building
For me, success has never been measured only by numbers or financial results. Those things matter, but they were never the main reason behind this journey.The greatest achievement is building a community of people who genuinely care about one another, celebrate each otherโs victories, and remain together through every challenge.That is what the CRNG Family means to me.It is more than a label and more than a brand. It is a place where artists can feel that they belong. And if someone joins our journey and realizes they are no longer alone in pursuing their dream, then everything we have built has already been worth it.
